Big tune for the summer dropping next monday on
BBE records and from an artist we haven't heard from in a while. Australia's
Katalyst has dropped more than his share of niceness in the past - mainly on the beats/downtempo sort of tip (infact I'm sure I remember a quote calling him Oz's answer to DJ Shadow), but he's produced a fair few bangers along the way too. One thing I don't remember him doing is fat, soulful, funky reggae...and it's an instant mystery why!?! Featuring one of our favourite reggae/soul songstresses
Stephanie McKay, the song is a reworking of the classic "No Place Like Home" by Desmond Dekker, very reminiscent of her classic "
