Back in the early 90's, whilst I was at college and holding down my (*rudeboy*) Saturday job at Woolworths in Basingstoke (*shots fired*), I used to spend a LOT of time loitering around in Sight, Sound & Motion Records - a small independent record shop run by Marvellous Cain, that sold Jungle, a bit of Hip Hop, a bit of New Jack Swing and nothing else.Occasionally I'd jump behind the counter and shot a few DJ Hype mixtapes, but mostly I just used to watch this geezer do his thing. Legend in the game and the first guy that ever let me touch a Technics 1210. For that alone, he's got my lifelong respect.
